Because I am straightforward and to the point.

But yeah, Kawaii kon this year was super good! Sold lots of pins, hung out with friends, and just... generally had a great time! I bought a handful of stickers and pins for myself, too! Also a pad of derpy sea creature post-its.

I dunno, Kawaii kon means a lot to me 'cause it's pretty much the only time I get to show off my artwork IRL and it's just generally great to see everyone show their interest in something most people usually keep quiet about. Although I wouldn't change my major from bio to art, every time I have a table at artist's alley, the less I wanna do science-y things and more I just wanna draw and make people happy. Even when people weren't buying my pins and prints, my artwork at least made them laugh or smile. And that felt great!

I dunno, I just thought I'd jot down some thoughts since today's free premium day and I can use journal skins for a little bit.

Ooh, also, here's a little picture of me at my table with my Raccalope hoodie. It was tiny, but, it got the job done. Sometimes less is more at conventions, especially if you're just starting out. The Paopu Fruit were made by my friend and she also had Pokeballs, but she ran out of them on the first day.

So, yeah! I... would advertise my pin store again, but I actually sold all my pin materials and I gotta order more. But I will let all of you know when I have the things again. Woop woop.

Now if you excuse me, I have three days of Game Grumps to catch up on and a Calculus exam to study for!
